Brandon Babel is the Founder and CEO of Ora Property Management, a NYC property management company serving Manhattan and Brooklyn. Since 2016, Brandon has worked across the financial, operational, and ownership sides of real estate in New York City and nationwide. Born and raised in New York City, he earned a business degree from the University of Tampa before starting his career analyzing real estate investments and later moving into leadership roles managing a 40-person sales team.

At 27, Brandon purchased his first investment property, and over a decade in real estate came to recognize how critical the right management partner is to successful ownership. That perspective shapes how Ora works with owners — staying attentive, proactive, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Brandon founded Ora to bring a more transparent, communication-first approach to property management for small and mid-sized buildings — capping at 25 units per building, with no long-term contracts and no vendor markup. He writes on NYC compliance, building operations, and the specific challenges facing landlords, condo boards, and co-op associations across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
