We schedule a quick call to learn your goals, then tour the building to review unit conditions, building systems, and any pressing repair or compliance items.

MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL
You sign a straightforward management agreement and hand over the basics: keys, current leases, rent rolls, vendor/utility contacts, plus any other info we’ll need to operate the property smoothly.

Resident Transition & Welcome Notice
We issue a “change of management” notice, introduce our payment & maintenance channels, verify each lease and security deposit, and answer tenant questions.

Accounting & Online Portal Activation
We migrate prior ledgers, open dedicated operating/escrow accounts, and launch tenant and owner portals for e-payments and real-time financial reporting.
Management Launch
With systems live, we take over daily operations—rent collection, 24/7 maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and monthly owner statements.
